Ola Gedenryd is a passionate Business Agility transformation
leader with over 20 years of experience establishing and running Business
Agility transformations across complex international environments. His focus
lies in enabling organizations and their people to succeed through coaching,
advisory, and training, leveraging Professional Enterprise Coaching techniques
rooted in NLP and the SAFe® framework.
As one of the few SAFe® SPCTs worldwide, Ola actively contributes to the
development of SAFe, ensuring its continued evolution and practical impact
on global enterprises. He also serves as the Strategic Advisor for Scaled Agile,
Inc. (SAI) in Asia, providing thought leadership and hands-on guidance for
organizations adopting Lean-Agile ways of working at scale.
