The Project Management Professional (PMP®) is the world’s most recognized credential for project managers, issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Earning the PMP demonstrates mastery in leading projects, teams, and delivering value across industries. This 5-day intensive instructor-led program prepares participants for the PMP® certification exam while equipping them with practical tools to manage complex projects. Based on the PMBOK® Guide, Seventh Edition and PMI’s Exam Content Outline (ECO), the program integrates People, Process, and Business Environment domains, offering case studies, group activities, and exam simulations to ensure readiness for real-world challenges and the PMP exam.
This certification program is designed for:
▪ Experienced Project Managers responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
▪ Professionals in leadership roles seeking to validate and formalize their project management expertise.
▪ Project team leaders aiming to advance their career through PMI’s most prestigious credential.
▪ Individuals preparing to meet PMI eligibility requirements and pass the PMP exam.
▪ A minimum of 2-5 years of professional project management experience is recommended, or leading projects - depending on the educational background.
▪ Familiarity with project methodologies (predictive, agile, hybrid).
▪ Fulfillment of PMI’s eligibility criteria:
Educational Background:
▪ Option 1: Bachelor’s degree + 36 months leading projects + 35 contact hours training.
▪ Option 2: High school diploma/associate degree + 60 months leading projects + 35 contact hours training.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
▪ Apply PMI’s People domain practices to lead, motivate, and empower project teams.
▪ Use Process domain techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects.
▪ Align projects with organizational strategy through the Business Environment domain.
▪ Manage risks, quality, resources, and stakeholders with PMI-standardized approaches.
▪ Demonstrate ethical leadership and apply emotional intelligence in project contexts.
▪ Prepare for and confidently sit for the PMP® certification exam with practice exams and study guidance.
▪ Program Duration: 5 full days (8 hours per day, including breaks)
▪ Delivery Mode: Instructor-led (virtual or classroom) with group activities, case studies, and exam simulations
▪ Class Capacity: Maximum 12 participants per round for interactivity
▪ Certification: PMI® - Project Management Professional (PMP®)
▪ Exam Format: 180 questions (multiple-choice, multiple response, matching, hotspot, fill-in-the-blank), 230 minutes
