Having +14Y extensive experience in a variety of domains, including logistics, fulfilment, FMCGs, Fintech, healthcare, E-commerce, Q-commerce, as well as banking. Agile product management, software development methodologies, and delivery are all areas in which he excels. Khalid has a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of the product life cycle, from research and initial conception to marketing strategy and go-to-market launch.

Sarah Arram

More than 15 years of experience in coaching teams, delivering complex solutions with versatile technologies, and entrepreneurship. For the past 5 years, Sarah has been practicing Lean and Agile techniques to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies.
Sarah is an enthusiastic agile practitioner who has hands-on experience with multiple teams, she can see the complete value stream throughout the product’s roadmap. Working in different business domains with multicultural teams gave her a rich experience to transform teams, initiate projects, enhance processes, inspire organizational strategies, build and maintain tracking matrices, and develop and maintain complex systems.

Tomader Saleh

Tomader is a senior Agile Coach with sum of 14 years of experience in IT project management in different sectors including Industrial, Telecom, Banking, and Non-profit organizations.
Tomader is experienced in tailoring agile frameworks according to business needs. She is acquainted with multinational companies, governmental entities and international organizations.
Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt agility mindset & implement Scaled Agile Framework, Tomader is a certified SAFe Agilist.
Tomader believes in Leadership as a key success factor for any Agile transformation; thus, she has a deep experience in leadership skills.

Maryam Kandil

With a rich track record of experience supporting and delivering complex IT, web, and mobile projects with multiple technologies; Maryam has been creating and improving processes by supporting the transition of businesses from its existing work practices to infusing a real agile ways of working. Also Introducing Lean and agile techniques to support team’s transformation into the well-suited way for them in different streams. Maryam Has played different roles to support teams, programs execution and enterprises. As an Agile Coach, Release Train engineer (RTE), Senior Scrum Master, Project manager and Delivery Lead, Maryam Has presented the expertise needed to coach, lead Multinational Teams and organizations into successful implementation of Business agility, Effective solutions delivery and Culture transformation. Also Being a SAFe Consultant and ICAgile Instructor, Maryam Delivered several Training programs and courses to Enrich the organizations with Knowledge needed handed by the practice in order to support the transformation journey.

Haitham Zaki

Haitham is a leading professional with 17 years of experience, has proved his stance in the industry of Project Management and Agile Coaching over the course of his career in several industries. Haitham has delivered hundreds of training programs to thousands of participants with exceptional feedback and very valuable outcomes. In addition, He is a project management and agile lecturer in different universities helping to introduce the new management techniques and roles to the educational community.

Mahmoud Ghoz

Mahmoud is an agile practitioner who has a sum of 20 years of experience coaching and delivering complex IT, web and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, he has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 10 years to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies.
Ghoz is a self-motivated agile practitioner who can see the complete value stream throughout the product life cycle. Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt the agility mindset, he has pursued professional accreditation from Scrum Alliance, the most well-known agile professionals community worldwide. In addition, Ghoz is a certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner “CSaSP”, Scrum Developer “CSD” and Product Owner “CSPO”.
On the other hand, Ghoz is an Authorized Instructor from ICAgile, Certified SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, and Authorized Kanban Trainer from Kanban University.
