Ragia Aboelfadl

Ragia is an experienced hands-on agile coach who has been driving the transformation in some big organizations as being part of Delivery Excellence Function. She helped teams to adopt Agility and DevOps practices @ scale. Throughout Ragia’s career that started back in 2010 as a full-stack developer for 6 years, where she sensed “what does true Agility means” to persuade her career in that area supporting teams to apply agile practices both on a team level as well as on a scaled/enterprise level where she used SAFe, Kanban, Scrum & DevOps practices @ Scale. Ragia is holding a masters degree in quality of open-source development. She is also a certified Scrum master, Certified Agile Coach, and Certified SAFe Program Consultant “SPC” where she can lead and scale an enterprise transformation applying SAFe methodology.

Khalid Rabie

Khalid Rabie is a multi-cultured business professional with a proven record in service operations, project, and program management that all contributed to becoming a global Agile Business Development Coach. He is a certified Agile Coach and intelligent Teams Systems Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and LinkedIn Personal branding instruct coach. Khalid has taken on the challenge of transforming organizational cultures through core education and coaching in projects and business as usual activities enabling hybrid Project and program management and Agile approaches, product and business development, transforming Profit to Purpose and Purpose to Profit. Khalid has led multi-million customer programs and projects throughout his career and has led training rooms and seminars for different sectors in many countries commanding audiences ranging from fresh grads, Scholars and board of directors with a successful track record in culture change and core business development. Moreover, he was hosted as key note speaker to different affiliates over the course of his career; from the University of Texas, to Paris ESLSCA University, Project innovation summits, Outvise international and many multinational companies across the globe.

Maryam Kandil

With a rich track record of experience supporting and delivering complex IT, web, and mobile projects with multiple technologies; Maryam has been creating and improving processes by supporting the transition of businesses from its existing work practices to infusing a real agile ways of working. Also Introducing Lean and agile techniques to support team’s transformation into the well-suited way for them in different streams. Maryam Has played different roles to support teams, programs execution and enterprises. As an Agile Coach, Release Train engineer (RTE), Senior Scrum Master, Project manager and Delivery Lead, Maryam Has presented the expertise needed to coach, lead Multinational Teams and organizations into successful implementation of Business agility, Effective solutions delivery and Culture transformation. Also Being a SAFe Consultant and ICAgile Instructor, Maryam Delivered several Training programs and courses to Enrich the organizations with Knowledge needed handed by the practice in order to support the transformation journey.

Haitham Zaki

Haitham is a leading professional with 17 years of experience, has proved his stance in the industry of Project Management and Agile Coaching over the course of his career in several industries. Haitham has delivered hundreds of training programs to thousands of participants with exceptional feedback and very valuable outcomes. In addition, He is a project management and agile lecturer in different universities helping to introduce the new management techniques and roles to the educational community.
