During this two-day course, you will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. You will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) 6.0 certification exam:
• 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
• Experience in Scrum
After you complete the course successfully, you will have to pass the exam in order to get your official SAFe 6.0 Agilist Certificate.

Exam Details:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Number of Questions: 45
- Passing Score: 80%
- Question Format: Multiple Choice / Multiple Select
- Delivery: Web-based, closed book, no outside assistance.
- Exam Fees: First attempt is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake or attempt past the 30-day window is $50

• One–year membership to SAFe Studio
• Course certificate of completion Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to qualify for the exam.
To perform the role of a SAFe® Agilist (SA), you should be able to:
• Interpret the basic constructs of SAFe and the steps of the Implementation Roadmap
• Apply the values and principles of a Lean-Agile Mindset
• Apply SAFe’s Lean and Agile principles to the roles and practices of SAFe
• Create high-performing teams by establishing mission and purpose
• Use transformational leadership to drive change, develop people, and encourage innovation
• Support PI Planning and the events
• Drive continuous value delivery through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
• Establish alignment and execution of Strategic Themes with Lean Portfolio Management
Feb Round Scheduled across 6 days:
- Week 1: From 2 to 4 Feb
- Week 2: From 9 to 11 Feb
For participants interested to enroll to afternoon rounds, please note that program setup in such case will be stretched over 6 days (3 days per week) from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- This is to ensure participant completes a total of 24 hours needed for successfully completing Leading SAFe Certification
