Course description

The ICAgile Certified Professional – Product Management (ICP-PDM) program is a three-day immersive learning experience designed to build capabilities in defining, positioning, and delivering successful products in competitive markets. As part of ICAgile’s Business Agility track, this certification equips participants with the skills to balance product strategy, customer needs, and organizational goals while working effectively in dynamic and agile environments. Through interactive discussions, group exercises, simulations, and real-world case studies, participants will learn how to apply product management principles across the product lifecycle. The program emphasizes customer-centric discovery, adaptive strategy, validated learning, and outcome-driven roadmaps. Graduates will leave with the confidence to shape product vision, validate opportunities, and deliver value through iterative experimentation and collaboration.
Successful completion of the program awards the globally recognized ICAgile Certified Professional - Product Management (ICP-PDM) credential, validating competence in agile product management and readiness to pursue advanced ICAgile certifications.

Course requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for attending the ICP-PDM program. However, to maximize value from the experience:
- Familiarity with Agile principles and practices is recommended.
- Having attended/acquired the ICAgile Product Owner (ICP-APO) certification is highly beneficial.
- Experience working in collaborative or product-related roles is beneficial.

Program Details

- Program Duration: 3 full days (24 hours including breaks)
- Delivery Mode: Virtual and/or Classroom instructor-led training set-up is applicable, incorporating group activities, simulations, and practical application
- Class Capacity: a minimum of 10 seats is required to run the program in person, with a maximum of up to 15 seats per round, for optimal interactivity
- Certification: Participants who complete the program will earn the ICAgile Certified Professional - Product Management (ICP-PDM) credential, recognized globally
