Course description
HSPA+ is an enhanced 3G communication protocol in the (HSPA) family which allows networks based on UMTS technology to have higher data transfer speeds and capacity. In this course we will be concerned with introducing all of HSDPA main characteristics like shared channel transmission, fast link adaptation, fast channel-dependent scheduling, fast hybrid ARQ and higher modulation. Moreover, describing the impact of HSDPA & HSDPA+ implementation on the system architecture.

Radio Planning, and Optimization Engineers also 1st and 2nd Line Operations Engineers (Network Monitoring and Maintenance)
Course requirements
Good knowledge of 3G basic technology concepts, and air interface also Basic knowledge of 3G KPIs, and network performance optimization work flow
