Course description
This course provides comprehensive knowledge about 3G Ran Signaling, where it starts with an overview about signaling procedures and signaling messages over different interfaces (Iub, Iur, Iu), and detailed knowledge about RRC protocol. Different scenarios are covered such as cell selection, reselection, call setup and release and HO procedures.
