Agile & Digital Innovation Training
Design thinking is a way to get your team thinking creatively about your PRODUCTS & SERVICES from your CUSTOMER’S perspective. We will look at how you can get your team to understand user issues, find creative solutions for their biggest problems, and build and test a set of prototypes for solution / service / product. We address “solution / service / product” because design thinking is not only for software products, but a way to understand ANY customer’s needs to build a solution for them. By using the techniques that you will learn in this course, you can plan how you can get the best parts of your product built quickly.
Plan a design thinking workshop and invite the right people to attend.
Experience design thinking for your organization by doing so for one of your products and learn the design thinking process by DOING it.

Waleed Fahmy, born in August 1978, is a UX evangelist and design entrepreneur. His first encounter with personal computers goes back to 1990, when he wrote his first line of code using BASIC, an early programming language.
Driven by his passion for computer technology and fascinated by the emerging influence of the Internet, Waleed started a parallel career as a web graphic designer while studying electrical engineering at Ain Shams University in Egypt.
By the time he graduated in May 2000, he already had four years of experience and was the second designer in Egypt to become an ‘Adobe Certified Expert’. Waleed gained exposure to a wide spectrum of clients and industries throughout his 20 years of work. He was hired by renowned clients such as Coca-Cola, The British Council, P&G and Crédit Agricole, among others.
Throughout his career, he has designed and managed more than 140 projects targeting a diverse range of media (web, desktop, and mobile). His experience spans across graphic, interaction, and user experience design.
During the last few years of his employment, Waleed focused his attention on user experience design (UX) and information architecture (IA), whereby he introduced UX culture to two of the companies he worked at. In April 2016, Waleed became the first Google Design Expert in the Middle East. He’s also a Design Sprint Master and has been asked to conduct design sprints across
different countries such as Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon. Waleed has also given UX-related talks at several events, and is currently hosting the first Facebook Live product design event, titled ‘Design Night Live'.
