Agility In HR distinguishes professionals who can assess organizations, teams, and management’s existing structures and develop an action plan for business agility, value flow, and team collaboration. It verifies an ability to help drive agile transformation in an organization, from sourcing talent to learning and development initiatives.
This certification will be valuable for HR managers, HR generalists, recruiters, and business partners working in people development, recruitment,
performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. Organizational development consultants, hiring managers, and agile transformation leads exploring the people and structural aspects of a transformation may also find this designation compelling.
Business Agility Foundation is a prerequisite for this course to maximize the benefit out of the program.

He is a certified Agile Coach and intelligent Teams Systems Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and LinkedIn Personal branding instruct coach. Khalid has taken on the challenge of transforming organizational cultures through core education and coaching in projects and business as usual activities enabling hybrid Project and program management and Agile approaches, product and business development, transforming Profit to Purpose and Purpose to Profit. Khalid has led multi-million customer programs and projects throughout his career and has led training rooms and seminars for different sectors in many countries commanding audiences ranging from fresh grads, Scholars and board of directors with a successful track record in culture change and core business development. Moreover, he was hosted as key note speaker to different affiliates over the course of his career; from the University of Texas, to Paris ESLSCA University, Project innovation summits, Outvise international and many multinational companies across the globe.
Haitham is a leading professional with 17 years of experience, has proved his stance in the industry of Project Management and Agile Coaching over the course of his career in several industries. Haitham has delivered hundreds of training programs to thousands of participants with exceptional feedback and very valuable outcomes. In addition, He is a project management and agile lecturer in different universities helping to introduce the new management techniques and roles to the educational community.
Mahmoud is an agile practitioner who has a sum of 20 years of experience coaching and delivering complex IT, web and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, he has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 10 years to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies.
Ghoz is a self-motivated agile practitioner who can see the complete value stream throughout the product life cycle. Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt the agility mindset, he has pursued professional accreditation from Scrum Alliance, the most well-known agile professionals community worldwide. In addition, Ghoz is a certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner “CSaSP”, Scrum Developer “CSD” and Product Owner “CSPO”.
On the other hand, Ghoz is an Authorized Instructor from ICAgile, Certified SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, and Authorized Kanban Trainer from Kanban University.
